Demand for luxury villa at price ranged from Bt20 million and Bt40 million in Kho Samui, Surat Thani province has strong demand, according to research by Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Co Ltd.
The research shows that as of the first quarter of this year, there were approximately 213 villa units sold, representing about 55 percent of the supply. The villa units with the highest demand ranged from THB 20 to 40 million per unit; such units comprised about 60.9 percent of the supply. Villas in this price range typically included hillside locations, providing good panoramic sea views, and some distance to the beach. (…)
