- Stage 1.Up to 10 meters from the beach – No construction is permitted in this area.

- Stage 3.Up to 200 meters from the beach – A building with a maximum height of 12 meters, including the roof. The building cannot exceed 2,000sqm.
- Stage 4.More than 200 meters from the beach – A building with a maximum height of 12 meters, including the roof.
